Group 3 Italy
Hi everyone! We are a group of students who study at Windesheim University. Introducing Eoghan O'connel from Ireland and Mariëlle Blom, Niels van Kasteel and Melissa Kuhlmann from the Netherlands. We are working on a project for Slow Food Netherlands to support Dutch raw milk cheese farmers in marketing their products internationally. It is our job to research the Italian market and eventually provide an advice to Slow Food about exporting raw milk cheese to Italy.
