We are group 3 and from now on we will run this blog. We will keep you informed concerning our project. We will post some interesting information about raw milk cheese, Slow Food, Italy and some articles abous cheese!

Short introduction about our task: We have to deliver a market research and a marketing communication plan. The intension of this project is to provide Slow Food Netherlands an extensive report on how to succesfully support Dutch producers of raw milk in marketing their cheese in Italy.
